Meet Your Dope Doula

My journey into birthwork started long before I even realized it. My body had been whispering to me for years through PMS, self-esteem struggles, and a persistent sense of imbalance that I couldn’t quite place. As a young mom doing all I could to prove myself, I faced many challenges in silence , driven by shame and lacking the knowledge and support I needed. It wasn’t until a decade later, when I was trying to conceive my second child, that I began to truly understand. Diving deep into womb wellness, I sought healing and answers I hadn’t known to look for before.

Everything shifted during my second pregnancy when I met my doula. In that moment, the pieces of my life—the challenges of my young womanhood, my background in counseling and education, and my own personal healing—finally came together. It became clear that this was my calling. Birthwork wasn’t just about bringing new life into the world; it was about healing generational wounds, empowering women, and reclaiming the sacredness of our wombs.

After almost a decade of my own inner (mind/spirit/soul)  and outer (physical)  work, I'll tell you a secret - healing is not a destination; it’s a continuous journey. I’m here to walk alongside the women and girls who seek my guidance, ushering them through their own rites of passage. From the first moon to motherhood and beyond, I offer support, holding space for every sacred transition. Together, we’ll nurture and reclaim the power of our wombs, honoring each step of the way.

Outside of birthwork, I wear many hats, all intricately connected. I’m an ever-evolving woman, wife, and proud homeschooling mama to four beautiful children earthside and three angel babies. Every part of my life is rooted in my desire to be a guiding light, not only for my sons and daughter but for all those who come after me. I am committed to doing the work now, so I can be a good ancestor, planting seeds of healing and strength for generations to come.
